RIP Mr Froggy

Did i say i didnt have any work booked?!?!?!
Let me rephrase that! At the moment its work, work work and yes more work! Boohoo i dont really feel like a casual anymore....
But then again its all good for me and im happy!!

*sigh* mum is going away this friday.... its all happening so fast! Im gonna miss her heaps, more like a best friend than a mother she is! But i know she needs to go. To see her other daughter spend time with her, who knows it may be the last time they have together. It wouldnt be a real surprise really...

Kookaburras were once considered "nice" creatures to have around our place, but alas an event which occured a few days ago have changed all that!

The poor harmless frog which lived in our pool ( so what?!?! our pool resembles a swamp at the moment!), sad so sad!

Anyways so along comes the evil beak of this bird and plucks Mr Froggy from the water. Mr Froggy didnt have a chance!! Before it could utter a croak its head and body was mercilessly smashed on the brick wall. Now we would understand that the frog would most certainly have died then or at least been knocked unconscious.... But u think Mr Kookie stopped there?!?!? NO WAY MAN!! It thumped and thumped and thumped... Like fair go MR Kookie! Mr Froggy is beginning to resemble a spotted green rag. But hey Kookie just had one thing on its mind.... thump thump and yes more thump
The bird was still there an hr later, and there was Mr Froggy's leg hanging out the side of Mr Kookies beak.... not exactly a nice sight.

I dunno the things i witness in my yard sure makes for an interesting erm nature education though....
You reckon i can bring the kids around one day?? hehehe
